In May 2019, our friends Agnes and Javi from Avatar Domeyogaart visited Peru and were super amazed by the natural and cultural diversity of the places they visited. WCU shared the peruvian network and contacts with them and they were welcomed by our dear friends César and Julia Mendoza, Coqui and the rest of the family. How powerful is the human network to help us BUILDING FOR A CHANGE!

They traveled up to the village Pacchanta, up in the andean mountains and stayed together with Rufino and his beautiful family. After two days sharing stories and experiences together, they were very inspired to contribute with Rufino and his community co-creating the project Pacchanta. They have now created a page on their website where they share some info in spanish.

Projecto Rufino, named after Rufino, aims to contribute to the better living of the community of Pacchanta, with sustainable building, the creation of domes and other solutions based on permaculture methods and tools.

For those willing to help us and take the first financial and volunteering steps into this project, please contact us. Donations, partnerships, sponsors, hands on…  WELCOME! We hope we can come back and start planting the seeds for this project together with you.
